Objective

For what reason are your data being processed

We may request certain information from you in order to use our website and/or for the supply of certain services/products, in particular personal information and/or credit card information. Furthermore, each time you visit our website, the web server automatically recognises your IP address and/or your domain name.

This personal data is processed for customer management purposes and allows us to deal with your request, notably for customer support and to continually improve the website and the services/products available to you and adapt them to your needs.

Who do we pass your data on to

For the supply of certain services/products, we reserve the right to transfer your personal data to our partners. Your personal data is shared with third parties with whom an agreement has been concluded: mailchimp, stripe.

Your data will be processed and/or stored for a period of up to 3 years after cancelling subscription. This term is in accordance with the legal provisions applicable to the contractual relations.

What rights do you have as the person concerned

You also have the right to object to its processing, within the limits of the legislation. You have the right to receive the personal data and to transmit them directly from one controller to another.
